A Majority in Interest of Class. A Members may, in their sole discretion, cause a Class A Member to Withdraw from the Company, subject to Section 7.2(g); such Member, upon written notice by the Designated Members to such Member, shall be deemed to have Withdrawn as of the date specified in such notice, which date shall be on or after the date of such notice.
