Common use of A Notice of Meetings Clause in Contracts

A Notice of Meetings. Except as provided for in Section 7.3.3 for special meetings, Notice of meetings shall be given to the Members in writing not less than three (3) Business Days nor more than thirty (30) days before the date of the meeting by the Administrative Member. Notice of any meeting of Members shall specify the place, the day and the hour of the meeting, and in case of a special meeting, the general nature of the business to be transacted.
