Common use of A OPEN QUALIFICATION PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

A OPEN QUALIFICATION PROCEDURE. Prior to signature of the BSP Contract aFRR, a candidate should apply to become a qualified balancing service provider. The conditions to become a qualified balancing service provider are listed hereunder: • Provision of a declaration (referred to as “sworn statement”) in which the candidate declares the fulfilment of the obligations related to payment of social security contributions in accordance with the legal provisions, fulfilment of the obligations related to payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions, and situation of non-bankruptcy; • Proof of a sound financial and economic situation of the candidate. A candidate can apply by submitting a completed application form and the required documents, for the applicable service to XXXX. The application form and the template for the sworn statement can be downloaded on XXXX website or requested by e-mail to xxxxxxxxxxx_XX@xxxx.xx, with the contractual responsible as designated in Annex 17 in copy. The application has to be submitted to XXXX at least one month before the date of signature of the BSP Contract aFRR.
