A Party must. (a) not disclose the Confidential Information of the other Party to any person except as permitted by this Agreement or any Contract; (b) not make, assist or permit any person (including its authorised representatives) to make any unauthorised use, disclosure or reproduction of the other Party's Confidential Information; or (c) co-operate with the other Party in any action that the other Party may take to protect the confidentiality of its Confidential Information.
