Common use of a reference Clause in Contracts

a reference. (A) to a Clause shall be a reference to a clause of this Agreement; (B) to a Schedule (other than to a schedule to a statutory provision) shall be a reference to a schedule of this Agreement; (C) within a Schedule of this Agreement to a paragraph, shall be a reference to a paragraph of that Schedule; (D) within a Schedule to a Part shall be a reference to a Part of that Schedule; (E) within a Schedule to an Annex or Appendix shall be a reference to an Annex or Appendix to that Schedule; and (F) within an Annex or Appendix to a section (other than to a schedule to a statutory provision), shall be a reference to a section of that Annex or Appendix;
