a Right to Inspect. Seller shall secure for Owner oral or written (if requested by Owner) consent from the Toolmaker for Owner and/or each of the Honda Companies to inspect Toolmaker's premises, the Tooling, and all test data and other information relating to the Tooling at all times during the manufacture and acceptance process of the Tooling.
