Common use of A. – SUSPENSION Clause in Contracts

A. – SUSPENSION. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may at any time for any reason, with or without cause and/or for convenience, instruct the Supplier by written notice to suspend delivery or performance of the Goods and/or Services without liability. During any such suspension, the Supplier shall, at no additional cost, to Balfour ▇▇▇▇▇▇ protect, secure and insure any Goods affected by the suspension at the Supplier’s premises or elsewhere, as the case may be, against any deterioration, loss or damage. The Supplier shall not resume delivery and/or performance of the Goods and/or Services until receipt of written instructions from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to do so.
