Common use of A ttorney’s Fees Clause in Contracts

A ttorney’s Fees. Contractor shall be liable to Whitestown for reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by Whitestown in connection with the collection or attempt to collect, any damages arising from the negligent or wrongful act or omission of Contractor from Contractor’s breach of any provision of this Agreement, from Contractor’s indemnity obligation, or from Contractor’s failure to fulfill any provisions or responsibility provided herein. This provision shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
