A2 Initial Contract Period. The Contract shall be in force from the Commencement Date until expiry date or, where there is no expiry date, until the Contractor has completed the Services in accordance with the Contract, unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, or otherwise lawfully terminated, or extended.
