A319 Propulsion System Clause Samples

A319 Propulsion System as defined in Clause 2.3.5, as set forth in Paragraph 3.2 of Letter Agreement No. 3. A319 Specification - either (a) the A319 Standard Specification if no SCNs are applicable or (b) if SCNs are issued, the A319 Standard Specification as amended by all applicable SCNs. A319 Standard Specification - the A319 standard specification document number J.000.01000, Issue 7, dated June 20, 2011, which includes a maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of [***] metric tons, a maximum landing weight (MLW) of [***] metric tons and a maximum zero fuel weight (MZFW) of [***] metric tons, a copy of which is annexed as Appendix 1.
