aa Deposit Insurance. The deposits of Lone Star are insured by the FDIC in accordance with the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (“FDIA”) to the fullest extent permitted by Law, and Lone Star has paid all premiums and assessments and filed all reports required by the FDIA. No proceedings for the revocation or termination of such deposit insurance are pending or, to Lone Star’s Knowledge, threatened.

  • Deposit Insurance Upon receipt of Proper Instructions, the Custodian shall take such reasonable actions as the applicable Fund deems necessary or appropriate to cause each deposit account established by the Custodian pursuant to this Section 2.21 to be insured to the maximum extent possible by all applicable deposit insurers including, without limitation, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

  • DEPOSIT IN U.S. SECURITIES SYSTEMS The Custodian may deposit and/or maintain Securities in a Securities System within the United States in accordance with applicable Federal Reserve Board and Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations, including Rule 17f-4 under the 1940 Act, and subject to the following provisions:

  • Reinsurance Administration THE COMPANY shall perform all duties with respect to the administration of the reinsurance under this Agreement on the portion of the policies reinsured under this Agreement.

  • Deposit Inspection When DSI receives the Deposit Materials and the Exhibit B, DSI will conduct a deposit inspection by visually matching the labeling of the tangible media containing the Deposit Materials to the item descriptions and quantity listed on the Exhibit B. In addition to the deposit inspection, Preferred Beneficiary may elect to cause a verification of the Deposit Materials in accordance with Section 1.6 below.

  • Banking Association The Owner Trustee is a banking association satisfying Section 3807(a) of the Delaware Statutory Trust Act and meets the eligibility requirements of Section 9.1(a).

  • EEA Financial Institutions No Loan Party is an EEA Financial Institution.

  • EEA Financial Institution No Loan Party is an EEA Financial Institution.

  • OFFICE OF THE COMPANY As long as any of the Warrants remain outstanding, the Company shall maintain an office or agency (which may be the principal executive offices of the Company) where the Warrants may be presented for exercise, registration of transfer, division or combination as provided in this Warrant.

  • Financial Institutions Notwithstanding this Article 3, any party may provide Confidential Information to any financial institution in connection with borrowings from such financial institution by such party or any of its Controlled Related Parties, so long as prior to any such disclosure such financial institution executes a confidentiality agreement that provides protection substantially equivalent to the protection provided the parties in this Article 3.

  • Joint Insured Bond The parties shall maintain in effect a joint fidelity insurance bond (the “Bond”) from a reputable fidelity insurance company authorized to do business in the place where the Bond is issued, insuring each party against larceny and embezzlement and covering such of their respective officers and employees who may, singly or jointly with others, have access, directly or indirectly, to their respective securities or funds. The Bond shall name each party as an insured and shall comply with the requirements for such bond established by Rule 17g-1.
