AART Owner Trustee May Own Certificates and Notes. Deutsche Bank Trust Company Delaware or any successor AART Owner Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Certificates or Notes and may deal with the Depositor, the AART Indenture Trustee and the Administrator in transactions in the same manner as it would have if it were not the AART Owner Trustee.
