Common use of ABAG's Conditions Precedent to Closing Clause in Contracts

ABAG's Conditions Precedent to Closing. The following are conditions precedent to ABAG's obligation to purchase the Property (the "ABAG's Conditions Precedent"). ABAG's Conditions Precedent are intended solely for the benefit of ABAG and may be waived only by ABAG in writing. In the event any ABAG's Condition Precedent is not satisfied, ABAG may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without limiting any of its other rights and remedies under this Agreement, at law or in equity, terminate this Agreement.
