Abandon Property. If Resident vacates their assigned room before the end of the Contract period without cancelling this contract via the Housing Portal, Resident will be held financially responsible for the entire Contract amount. Personal items left behind will be considered abandoned property. The University, in its sole discretion and without further notice, may dispose of the abandoned items as it deems appropriate and in accordance with any relevant policies.
Abandon Property. The Manager shall abandon any Company property that the Manager deems to be worthless or not of sufficient value to warrant keeping or protecting; abstain from the payment of taxes, water, rents, assessments, repairs, maintenance and upkeep of any such property; permit any such property to be lost by tax sale or other proceedings, or convey any such property for nominal or no consideration; permit the expiration of any renewal, sale, exchange or purchase option with respect to any property or lease thereof.
