Common use of Abandoned Policy Commissions Clause in Contracts

Abandoned Policy Commissions. If for any reason, the policies produced under this contract are deemed to be Abandoned Policies as defined under Section 7 (f) Abandoned Policies, then Producer agrees to forfeit all right to any commissions formerly due to the Producer under this agreement for each Abandoned Policy.
