Common use of Abandonment and Reclamation Report Clause in Contracts

Abandonment and Reclamation Report. prior to March 31 and October 31 of each year, a semi-annual Abandonment and Reclamation Report for the relevant six-month period ending the preceding December 31 and June 30, respectively; and
