Abandonment of Joint Patent Rights. In the event that the parties ---------------------------------- fail to complete the Program , for whatever reason, the parties shall discuss in good faith whether to abandon any pending or unpublished patent applications within the Joint Patent Rights relating to the Program. The parties recognize that publication of such Joint Patent Rights could adversely affect each of their interests after reversion occurs under such Section 5.5.
