Common use of Abandonment of Premises Clause in Contracts

Abandonment of Premises. Lessee will not vacate or abandon the premises at any time during the term of this Lease. If Xxxxxx does abandon or vacate the premises, or is dispossessed by process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Xxxxxx left on the premises will be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Lessor.
