Abandonment of Program Sample Clauses
Abandonment of Program. If at the time a Target becomes an Abandoned Target under Section 2.8 or 7.3.1 above, or beginning twelve (12) months after the end of the Research Term, there is not a remaining Target or Development Candidates under this Agreement for a period of six (6) months, then upon notice by Sunesis to Biogen, such occurrence shall be deemed a termination of this Agreement by Biogen under Section 12.4 below.
Abandonment of Program. The Parties agree to act in good faith regarding discussions of whether there is a remaining Target or Development Candidate under this Agreement.
Abandonment of Program. In the event that a Training Program, or part thereof, is abandoned or not proceeded with, the RTO undertakes to provide written notice thereof within five business days of such abandonment or failure to proceed so as to allow re-allocation of the funds by Skills Tasmania.
