Common use of Abandonment of the Premises by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Abandonment of the Premises by Tenant. Failure by Tenant to perform any other provision of this Lease where such failure to perform is not cured within thirty (30) days after notice has been given to Tenant; provided, however, that if the nature of the default is such that the same cannot reasonably be cured within said thirty (30) day period, Tenant shall not be deemed to be in default if Tenant shall within such period commence such cure and thereafter diligently prosecute the same to completion.
