Abandonment or Delay of Registration. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 9, the Company may at any time abandon or delay any registration commenced by the Company. In the event of such an abandonment by the Company, the Company shall not be required to continue registration of the Registrable Securities requested by the Purchaser for inclusion, the Purchaser shall retain the right to request inclusion of the Registrable Securities as set forth above and the withdrawn registration shall not be deemed to be a registration request for the purposes of this Section 9.
