AbbVie Patents. As between the Parties, AbbVie shall have the sole right, but not the obligation, to Prosecute in the Territory all Patents owned or controlled, and that are conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made, by or on behalf of AbbVie under this Agreement (other than (a) Integrin Conformational Stabilization Patents and (b) the Joint Patents, which are each addressed earlier in this Section 8.3) (“AbbVie Patent”), at its sole cost and expense and using counsel of its own choice.
