ABC's Project Authority Sample Clauses

ABC's Project Authority. At all times during the term of this AGREEMENT, ABC shall designate one person and one alternate to serve as ABC's primary contact and project authority on the INTERFACE and the SERVICE, and shall disclose the identities of such persons to CREDIT CONNECTION. The project authority and alternate will be authorized to make all decisions, to request and receive services from CREDIT CONNECTION, and to modify or waive the terms of this AGREEMENT on behalf of ABC. ABC may change the project authority and alternate at any time by written notice to CREDIT CONNECTION.
