ABI Accounting Software. It is understood that the accounting software utilized by ABI in the conduct of its business is provided by a third party. ABI and Shareholder shall use their best efforts to secure access to such software for Buyer so that all data related to ABI's business may be converted and transferred into the TradeWorks software currently being used by Buyer.
