Ability to Accept. By installing the App you affirm that you are over eighteen (18) years old. If you are under eighteen (18) years old, you affirm that, prior to installing the App, you have reviewed this Agreement with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand its terms and conditions and agree to them.

If you are a user over the age of thirteen (13) years of age but under the age of eighteen (18) years then, prior to installing the App, you must first review this Agreement with your Parent to make sure that you and your Parent understand its terms and conditions and agree to them. If we become aware of a violation of this Section 1, we reserve the right to suspend the infringing account without limiting our remedies in law or equity.

Ability to Accept. You represent and warrant that you (a) are the age of majority and have the legal capacity to enter into this XXXX and, if applicable, (b) that you expressly authorize your child to use the App and acknowledge that your Child is bound by this XXXX when setting up an Account (defined below). If you are: (i) located in the US and under the age of 13 or (ii) located in the EU or India and under the age of 18, you may use the Services only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian to this XXXX and the Theranica's Children Privacy Policy available on xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx under ‘children privacy policy’. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non- assignable, non-transferable license (“License”) to: (i) download, install and use the App on a mobile telephone, tablet or other platform (each a “Platform”) that you own or control; and (ii) access and use the App on that Platform in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable Usage Rules (defined below).
