Eligibility to Work. The Contractor must ascertain and validate that all proposed staff resources, including all employees, subcontractors and agents, (hereinafter “Contractor Staff Member”), are either U.S. citizens or non-U.S. citizens.
Eligibility to Work. The Contractor must ascertain and validate that the proposed Candidate is either a U.S. Citizen or non-U.S. citizen. 1. Where the Candidate is a U.S. citizen, the Contractor must identify the proposed Candidate with, at a minimum, the first and last name of the Candidate as it appears on his/her Driver’s License, Non-Drivers Identification Card, or other accepted forms of government identification. 2. Where the Candidate proposed is not a U.S. citizen, the Contractor shall identify such to the Authorized User. 3. Where the Candidate proposed is not a U.S. citizen, the Contractor must identify the proposed Candidate with, at a minimum, the first and last name of the Candidate as it appears on his/her Visa and/or Passport. No other names or derivations may be used. 4. The Contractor must retain all necessary paperwork throughout the length of each Consultant’s engagement with an Authorized User. 5. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring each Consultant retains the authorization to legally work in the United States throughout the term of each engagement based on the length of term identified in the Task Order Request Form.
Eligibility to Work a) This offer of employment is subject to and conditional on you providing valid documentation of eligibility to work (such as holding a NZ passport/citizenship, or residence / work visa) before commencing employment. b) At all times during your employment you must continue to be entitled to perform your duties in NZ, meet the conditions of any visa/permit, and notify the University of any change that may affect your entitlement to perform your duties in NZ. Eligibility to Work. In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, Executive must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States by completing a Form I-9. As part of the verification process, Executive may present a document or a combination of documents to demonstrate Executive’s identity and work authorization. The Form I-9 and instructions, including the lists of acceptable documents will be provided to Executive, and must be completed no later than close of business of Executive’s first day of employment with the Company.

Accordingly, the Company requests that Executive provide the Company with appropriate documentation for this purpose within 72 hours of the first day of employment. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a birth certificate, a passport, a visa, permanent residence card, or driver’s license and social security card.
