Common use of Ability to Exercise Clause in Contracts

Ability to Exercise. Subject to Section 2, the Warrants may be exercised in whole or in part at any time and from time to time prior to the Expiry Time. After the Expiry Time, all rights under any outstanding Warrants evidenced hereby, in respect of which the rights of subscription and purchase herein provided for shall not have been exercised, shall wholly cease and terminate and such Warrants shall be void and of no value or effect.
