Ability to Terminate Key Employees. No Key Employee’s employment may be terminated involuntarily (whether for Cause or otherwise) by Xx. Xxxxx or the Company generally without Buyer’s prior written consent. Buyer covenants and agrees that no Key Employee’s employment may be terminated without Cause prior to April 1, 2015 unless the terms of such termination are agreed upon in writing by the terminated Key Employee.
