The Borrower shall deliver to the Agent copies of all financial statements, budgets, reports, notices, analyses and other deliverables that are delivered or required to be delivered pursuant to the terms of each of the ABL Loan Documents and 2020 Term Loan Documents, in each case contemporaneously with delivery to the ABL Agent or the 2020 Term Loan Agent, as applicable (or any other person as may be required under the terms of the ABL Loan Documents or 2020 Term Loan Documents).
