Common use of Abnormal Traffic Patterns Clause in Contracts

Abnormal Traffic Patterns. When either Party detects that the other Party is generating traffic or call attempts with duplicate, or repeated, numbers dialed in succession and/or abnormally short duration calls, such Party may give notice to the other Party and both Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve such issue in an expeditious manner. Each Party reserves the right to take action to protect the integrity of its network.
