ABOUT OUR SERVICES. True People Check is a provider of social media investigation services to detect fraud with insurance claims. We DO NOT conduct social media investigations for screening or employment. Our goal is to devise a plan to resolve your issues and concerns thoroughly and efficiently utilizing these services. Depending on the nature of your request and particular circumstances, True People Check can perform a number of services geared towards achieving your desired outcome. A brief synopsis of our services is provided below but this list is not meant to be exhaustive and any questions can be resolved by searching the website content.

ABOUT OUR SERVICES. We provide a marketplace that allows users to offer, sell and buy pre-used gym equipment. We may review your listings or content, in particular to check compliance with the provisions set out under ’Using our Services’ below. However, we have no control over and do not guarantee the truth or accuracy of any Buyer’s feedback; the ability of Buyers to pay for items; or that a Buyer or Seller will actually complete a transaction. We are not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates that may impact the price of the equipment as quoted on our Platform. • You will follow the registration process on our website, confirm your acceptance of this User Agreement and we will (at our discretion) approve you as a Seller. • You will upload the equipment that you wish to sell. • When we receive an offer from a potential Buyer, we will notify you using the contact information provided at registration. • You may choose to accept or decline the offer. • If you decline the offer, the equipment will continue to be listed as available for sale until you either: o accept an offer or o we remove the equipment from our website in accordance with our rights under this User Agreement. • If the equipment listed changes in make, model and/or quantity, you must notify us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to change the listing during a live auction. If the auction has expired, we will approach the highest bidding Buyer and invite them to offer a revised price. • If you accept an offer, you are legally bound to sell the equipment and we will provide you with the XXXX.xxx Trade-in Agreement which will set out a description of the equipment to be sold (“Equipment”), the price at which you have agreed to sell it and the terms of payment. • The price at which you sell the Equipment shall be inclusive of all VAT and other taxes unless expressly indicated otherwise and based on Ex Works shipping terms unless otherwise agreed. • Title to the Equipment will pass to us on our first instalment payment (or on full payment where instalment payments do not apply) for the Equipment. • Risk of loss or damage to the Equipment will pass to us and then immediately to the Buyer on its collection by the Buyer. • Buyer shall have the right to inspect the Equipment prior to acceptance and collection at your place of business (or other agreed upon collection location). ABOUT OUR SERVICES. 2.1. Your Accounts are maintained by Paynetics and the Card is issued to you by Paynetics. The value stored on your Accounts is electronic money, otherwise referred to as ‘e-money’. Paynetics is not a bank and your Account is not a bank account. The funds available in your Account are not a deposit. No interest will accrue on your Account balance. Your Card is a debit card, it is not a credit or charge card. 2.2. The Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not apply to funds held in your Accounts. Instead, Paynetics protects your funds through a process known as ‘safeguarding’, in line with its regulatory requirements. In this process, Paynetics keeps your money separate from our own funds and places it in a safeguarding account with a bank or cover it by an insurance policy or a comparable guarantee. Before we provide any of our services to you, you will have to successfully complete our process for verifying your legitimacy and ownership structure. The process may involve you providing us valid passports / ID cards of your statutory representative/s and ultimate beneficial owner/s and other documents, or any other procedure we may specify. We may use ID verification agencies or other automated platforms to verify your legitimacy. We or the Program Manager may require you to provide additional information at any time for the duration of this Agreement. 2.3. This Agreement will only become effective once you receive a confirmation that Paynetics has approved your application. Paynetics will not be obliged to provide any of the services under this Agreement before such confirmation is provided. Paynetics may refuse to approve any application and/or enter into an agreement for its services for any reason. 2.4. The Account and Card are issued to you in your capacity as a legal entity. You may designate individuals, which may use them – the Cardholders. The Cardholders may use your Account and/or Card only personally and may not provide them for use to anyone else. If a Cardholder provides access and/or any other means for use of the Account and Card to a third party, you shall be fully liable for all transactions initiated by such third parties. 2.5. You and the Cardholders must not use your Account or Card for or in relation to (including sending or receiving proceeds from): 2.5.1. any activities which do not comply with any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to laws relating to money laundering, fraud, financial services or consum...

No interest will accrue on the Parent Account balance. The Card is a debit card linked to the Parent Account via the Associated Account, it is not a credit or charge card. 2.2. The Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fund or any other applicable compensation scheme or fund do not apply to funds held in the Parent Account and the Card. Instead, Paynetics protects your funds through a process known as ‘safeguarding’, in line with its regulatory requirements. In this process, Paynetics keep your money separate from our own funds and places it in a safeguarding account with a bank or cover it by an insurance policy or a comparable guarantee. 2.3. The process may involve you providing us a valid passport / ID card and a bank statement or other identification documents, as well as a selfie, together with the presented identity document in real time, or any other procedure we may specify. We or Woli may require you to provide additional information at any time for the duration of this Agreement. 2.4. This Agreement will only become effective once you receive a confirmation that Paynetics has approved your application. Paynetics will not be obliged to provide any of the services under this Agreement before such confirmation is provided. Paynetics may refuse to approve any application and/or enter into an agreement for its services for any reason. 2.5. To be eligible for Parent Account and associated services, you must be: (a) 18 years of age or over; (b) EU/EEA permanent resident; (c) you should have a Child who you want to provide a Card for use under this Agreement; (d) you must have passed all our identification procedures and checks; (e) you must have provided us with a valid email address and telephone number; and (f) you must not have committed a violation of this Agreement. You can only have one Airwallex Profile, unless we agree otherwise in writing. If we discover that you have more than Airwallex Profile, at our discretion, we may merge or close any duplicate profiles, or terminate our Services to you, if we reasonably believe you have opened them in order to bypass any restrictions in the Services. You can use your Airwallex Profile to log into and gain access to the Airwallex Platform. The Airwallex Platform provides you with an easy to use user interface to access and use our various Services. 5.2 Services overview. Our Services provided under these terms include: (a) Collection Services – where Airwallex receives funds in Supported Currency for you; (b) Payment Services – where you can send Payments to payees; and (c) FX Conversion Services – where you can convert funds from one Supported Currency to another Supported Currency. Each of these is a separate Service provided by Airwallex.

The Account Information Service allows you, as a consumer, to quickly and securely identify yourself and share financial information that may be required by banks, credit institutions and other similar businesses that carry out transactions or offer loans and credit. 2.2. To use the Account Information Service, you must review and carry out all the necessary steps in the process, such as authenticating yourself to your internet bank and selecting the account from which the information must be obtained. 2.3. The Account Information Service means that Brite, with your explicit consent, which you provide by accepting these Terms and Conditions, collects information about your payment accounts, transactions on those accounts and other financial information to the extent necessary to deliver the Account Information Service. That information may include your personal identity number, account number, contact information, monthly income and expenses, payers and payees, overdraft facilities, loans and other transactions related to payment accounts.
