You may use your Card to purchase goods and services anyplace Mastercard is honored by participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card member security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your Card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your Card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transaction. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the “Rate Addendum and Schedule of Fees and Charges.” For other types of transactions, if the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union will pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your Account, you agree to make payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union according to the overdraft protection plan. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in ATM/ITMs of the Credit Union or through networks at other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. In addition, you may use your card without a PIN for certain transactions through various networks. However, provisions of this Agreement relating to MasterCard transactions do not apply to transactions processed through non-MasterCard networks. To initiate a MasterCard Debit transaction, you may sign a receipt, provide a card number or swipe your card through a point-of-sale (POS) terminal and choose to route the transaction over a MasterCard network. You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. You may purchase up to a maximum of $500.00 from POS terminals per day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. EFT SERVICES. The Credit Union offers you various electronic fund transfer services made possible by our advanced electronic data processing system. We may also provide plastic Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Cards or MasterCard Debit Cards (which are referred to throughout this agreement as “ATM/Debit Cards” or simply “Cards”) to various non-natural person members. In addition, we may provide Online Banking, and Audio Response (audio teller) services. Your use of the ATM/Debit card, Online Banking or Audio Response PIN, or your use of any of your accounts to conduct electronic fund transfers is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, to the terms and conditions applicable to any account for which an electronic fund transfer services is obtained, and to the rules and regulations of the credit union governing all or any such accounts.

Daily withdrawal amounts will be disclosed to you at when your card is issued. For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. See “transfer limitations” section for any transactions. EFT SERVICES. You will immediately report to Us any lost or stolen orders and any unauthorized action or transaction on Your Account. You will request a stop payment on any lost or stolen orders. We are not liable if We pay any lost or stolen order that is forged or altered if the order would not have been paid if You had reported or stopped payment on it in a timely manner. You will notify Us immediately if any confidential information about Your Account is disclosed to an unauthorized person. You are responsible for any action or transaction involving Your Account made with the use of such information. If You report any unauthorized action or transaction on Your Account, You will cooperate with Us in Our investigation of the claim and prepare an affidavit and forgery report satisfactory to Us. You also will file a criminal report against any suspected alleged wrongdoing. If You fail to do so or if You enter into any settlement or restitution agreement with a wrongdoer without Our consent, You waive any claims against Us. We have a reasonable time to investigate any claimed loss and We have no obligation to provisionally credit Your Account. Our maximum liability is the lesser of actual damages proved or the amount of the unauthorized withdrawals, reduced by an amount which could have been avoided had You exercised ordinary care. In no event will We be liable for special or consequential damages or for attorneys’ fees. We will not be liable for any orders that are forged or altered in such a way that such forgery could not be reasonably detected.
