Absence of Advertising. The offering and sale of the Class I Units to the Purchaser was not made or solicited through, and the Purchaser is not aware of, any general solicitation or general advertising with respect to the Offering, including advertisements, articles, notices or other communications published in any printed public media, radio, television or telecommunications, including electronic display (such as the Internet, including but not limited to the Fund’s website), or any seminar or meeting whose attendees have been invited by general solicitation or general advertising;
