Common use of Absence of Breaches or Defaults Clause in Contracts

Absence of Breaches or Defaults. Debtor is not, and the authorization, execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the documents, instruments and agreements provided for herein will not result, in any breach or default under any other document, instrument or agreement to which Debtor is a party or by which Debtor, the Premises or any of the property of Debtor is subject or bound. The authorization, execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the documents, instruments and agreements provided for herein will not violate any applicable law, statute, regulation, rule, ordinance, code, rule or order.

The authorization, execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the documents, instruments and agreements provided for herein other Loan Documents will not violate any applicable law, statute, regulation, rule, ordinance, code, rule or order.
