Absence of Brokers, Finders, Etc. No broker, finder, or similar Person is entitled to any commission, fee, or other compensation by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The Company has not and will not pay any commission or other remuneration for soliciting exchanges of Debentures for Shares.
