Common use of Absence of Brokers, Finders, Etc Clause in Contracts

Absence of Brokers, Finders, Etc. No broker, finder or similar person is entitled to any commission, fee or other compensation by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement other than Reedland Capital Partners and the Company shall pay, and indemnify and hold harmless the Buyer from, any claim made against the Buyer by such entity or any other person for any such commission, fee or other compensation.
