Common use of Absence of Brokers, Finders, Etc Clause in Contracts

Absence of Brokers, Finders, Etc. No broker, finder, or similar Person is entitled to any commission, fee, or other compensation by reason of the sale, assignment, transfer and delivery by such Holder of the 10% Notes contemplated by this Agreement. Such Holder has not and will not pay any commission or other remuneration for soliciting the sale, assignment, transfer and delivery of such Holder’s 10% Notes.
