Absence of Brokers. Seller has not engaged the services of any broker or finder in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and upon consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, no fee or payment shall be due from the Seller to any brokers or finders engaged by Seller. Seller shall indemnify Buyer to the extent any such fee may be payable.
