Common use of Absence of Brokers Clause in Contracts

Absence of Brokers. Except for Mxxxxx Sxxxxxx & Co. LLC, which has provided financial advisory services to Buyer, no broker, finder or other financial consultant has acted on Buyer’s behalf in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
