Common use of Absence of Claims Clause in Contracts

Absence of Claims. There is not pending or threatened any suit, action, arbitration, or legal, administrative, or other proceeding or investigation (including an allegation of fraud by a lender) against Broker or its current or former owners, agents or employees that could have an adverse effect on the Broker's business, assets, financial condition, or reputation, or upon any Loan submitted by Broker for funding by Plaza;

There is not Except as previously disclosed by Broker to Lender in writing, there are no pending or threatened any suitsuits, actionactions, arbitrationarbitrations, or legal, administrative, or other proceeding proceedings, or investigation governmental investigations (including an allegation allegations of fraud by a another lender) against Broker or its current or former owners, agents or employees that could have an adverse effect on the Broker's ’s business, assets, financial condition, or reputation, or upon any Loan submitted by Broker for funding by Plaza;.

Absence of Claims. Broker for funding by Plaza;further agrees to notify Lender within 7 business days of any occurrence described above.
