Common use of Absence of Conflicting Agreements Clause in Contracts

Absence of Conflicting Agreements. The Purchaser is not a party to, bound or affected by or subject to any indenture, mortgage, lease, agreement, obligation, instrument, charter or by-law provision, Law or Governmental Authorization which would be violated, contravened, breached by, or under which any default would occur or an Encumbrance would be created as a result of the execution and delivery by it of this Agreement or the performance by it of any of its obligations provided for under this Agreement.

Absence of Conflicting Agreements. The Purchaser Buyer is not a party to, bound or affected by or subject to any indenture, mortgage, lease, agreement, obligation, instrument, charter or by-law bylaw provision, Law statute, regulation, order, judgment, decree or Governmental Authorization law which would be violated, contravened, contravened or breached by, or under which any default would occur or an Encumbrance would be created occur, as a result of the execution and delivery by it of this Agreement by Buyer or the performance by it consummation of any of its obligations provided for under this Agreementthe transactions described herein.

The Purchaser is not a party to, bound or affected by or subject to any indenture, mortgage, hypothec, lease, agreement, obligation, instrument, charter or by-law bylaw provision, Law statute, regulation, order, judgment, decree, licence, permit or Governmental Authorization law which would be violated, contravened, contravened or breached by, or under which any default would occur or an Encumbrance a lien, claim, restriction or encumbrance would be created as a result of the execution and delivery by it of this Agreement or the performance by it of any of its obligations provided for under the terms of this Agreement.
