Common use of Absence of Contracts Clause in Contracts

Absence of Contracts. Except as set forth under Schedule 3.7, Seller is not a party to or bound by any written, oral or implied contract, agreement, lease, power of attorney, guaranty, surety arrangement or other commitment relating in any way to any of the Station Assets or to the future business of the Station, except to the extent they were entered into in the ordinary course consistent with past practice and are not material to the Seller or the Station Assets.
