Absence of Disputes. No labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any Subsidiary exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is imminent, and the Company is not aware of any existing or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of its or any Subsidiary’s principal suppliers, manufacturers, customers or contractors, which, in either case, would result in a Material Adverse Effect. No dispute between the Company and any native group, community group or joint venture partner exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminent, in each case, that would have a Material Adverse Effect.
