Common use of Absence of Employment Agreements Clause in Contracts

Absence of Employment Agreements. There are no employment agreements, contracts, incentive plans (other than such agreements, contracts and plans that will terminate automatically on the Closing Date) or disputes between Seller and the employees of Seller based at the Branches, whether written or otherwise, relating to wages, hours, terms of employment, benefits or working conditions.
