Common use of Absence of Fees Clause in Contracts

Absence of Fees. The Shareholder has not incurred any obligation or liability, contingent or otherwise, for brokerage fees, finder’s fees, agent’s commission or other similar forms of compensation with respect to the Transaction which will be or may become the responsibility of the Company or the Purchaser.
