Common use of Absence of Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Absence of Guarantees. The Corporation has not given or agreed to give and is not a party to or bound by any guarantee or indemnity in respect of indebtedness or other obligations of any Person or any other commitment by which the Corporation is, or is contingently, responsible for such indebtedness or other obligations.
