Absence of Guarantees. The Corporation has not given or agreed to give, or is a party or bound by, any indemnity, or any guarantee of indebtedness or other obligations of third parties or any other commitment by which the Corporation is or is contingently responsible for such indebtedness or other obligations, other than those given pursuant to the transaction with Robix Xxxxx xx January 7, 1999.
