Absence of Legal or Contractual Conflicts. Your execution and delivery of this Agreement, and the performance of your obligations thereunder, will not result in a violation of, be in conflict with or constitute a default under any agreement or instrument to which you are a party or by which you or your properties are bound, or any judgment, decree, order or, to your knowledge, any statute, rule or regulation applicable to you.
