Common use of Absence of Obligation to Disclose Clause in Contracts

Absence of Obligation to Disclose. The Partnership Parties have been advised that the Representatives and their affiliates are engaged in a broad range of transactions which may involve interests that differ from those of the Partnership Parties and that the Representatives have no obligation to disclose such interests and transactions to the Partnership Parties by virtue of any fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship; and

Absence of Obligation to Disclose. The Partnership Parties and the Selling Unitholder have been advised that the Representatives Representative and their its affiliates are engaged in a broad range of transactions which may involve interests that differ from those of the Partnership Parties or the Selling Unitholder and that the Representatives have Representative has no obligation to disclose such interests and transactions to the Partnership Parties and the Selling Unitholder by virtue of any fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship; and

The Partnership Parties have been advised that the Representatives Manager and their its affiliates are engaged in a broad range of transactions which may involve interests that differ from those of the Partnership Parties and that the Representatives have Manager has no obligation to disclose such interests and transactions to the Partnership Parties by virtue of any fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship; and

Absence of Obligation to Disclose. The Partnership Fulgent Parties have been advised that the Representatives and their affiliates are engaged in a broad range of transactions which may involve interests that differ from those of the Partnership Parties Company and that the Representatives have no obligation to disclose such interests and transactions to any of the Partnership Fulgent Parties by virtue of any fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship; and

Absence of Obligation to Disclose. The Partnership Parties have been advised that the Representatives Purchasers and their affiliates are engaged in a broad range of transactions which may involve interests that differ from those of the Partnership Parties and that the Representatives have no obligation to disclose such interests and transactions to the Partnership Parties by virtue of any fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship; and
