Absence of Other Contractual Restrictions. Service Provider is under no contractual or other obligation or restriction that is inconsistent with Service Provider’s execution or performance of this Agreement. Service Provider will not enter into any agreement, either written or oral, that would conflict with Service Provider’s responsibilities under this Agreement.
Absence of Other Contractual Restrictions. Each Party represents and warrants that it is under no contractual or other obligation or restriction that is inconsistent with its execution or performance of this Agreement or the rights granted to such Party under this Agreement. Neither will it enter into any agreement, either written or oral, that would conflict with its obligations under this Agreement.

To the best or Institution knowledge, Institution is under no contractual or other obligation or restriction that is inconsistent with Institution’s execution or performance of this Agreement, Institution use reasonable efforts to not enter into any agreement, either written or oral, that would materially conflict with Institution’s responsibilities under this Agreement.
Absence of Other Contractual Restrictions. Supplier is under no contractual or other obligation or restriction that is inconsistent with Supplier’s execution or performance of this Agreement. Supplier will not enter into any agreement, either written or oral, that would conflict with Supplier’s responsibilities under this Agreement.
Absence of Other Contractual Restrictions. EQ is under no contractual or other obligation or restriction that is inconsistent with EQ’s execution or performance of this Agreement. EQ will not enter into any agreement, either written or oral, that would conflict with EQ’s responsibilities under this Agreement.
Absence of Other Contractual Restrictions. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the party nor the consummation by the party of the transactions contemplated hereby will constitute a violation of, or result in a cancellation of, or require the party to obtain any consent or constitute a default under (i) any term or provision of the organization documents of the party; (ii) any judgment, decree, order, regulation or rule of any court or governmental authority applicable to the party or any of its Affiliates; (iii) any applicable laws; or (iv) any contract, agreement, indenture, promissory note, license or other commitment to which the party is a party or is bound.
Absence of Other Contractual Restrictions. Oncotelic is under no contractual or other obligation or restriction that is inconsistent with Oncotelic’s execution or performance of this Agreement. Oncotelic will not enter into any agreement, either written or oral, that would conflict with Oncotelic’s responsibilities under this Agreement.
Absence of Other Contractual Restrictions. Century is under no contractual or other obligation or restriction that conflicts with Century's execution or performance of this Agreement. Century will not enter into any agreement, either written or oral, that would conflict with Century’s responsibilities or obligations under this Agreement without FCDI's prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed; and
Absence of Other Contractual Restrictions. Customer is under no contractual or other obligation or restriction that is inconsistent with Customer’s execution or performance of this Agreement. Customer will not enter into any agreement, either written or oral, that would conflict with Customer’s responsibilities under this Agreement.
Absence of Other Contractual Restrictions. Akebia is under no contractual or other obligation or restriction that is inconsistent with Akebia’s execution or performance of this Agreement. Akebia will not enter into any agreement, either written or oral, that would conflict with Akebia’s responsibilities under this Agreement.
