Customer will not Clause Samples

The "Customer will not" clause defines specific actions or behaviors that the customer is prohibited from undertaking under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines restrictions such as not reverse-engineering software, not sharing confidential information, or not using the product for unlawful purposes. By clearly stating what the customer is not allowed to do, this clause helps protect the provider’s interests, ensures compliance with legal and contractual obligations, and reduces the risk of misuse or unauthorized activities.
